01 / What we are

A small research company with a safety-critical mindset. Compensation is competitive but not eye-watering. There is no marketing organization, no growth team, and no product management overhead. Everyone here reads primary sources and writes what they find.

If you would rather write a proof than a pitch deck, you are in the right place. If you have opinions about DO-178C at levels A and B and you want to talk about them, even better.

02 / What we value
  • People who read flight reports for fun.
  • People who prefer proofs to promises.
  • People who ask what the trust boundary is before they ask what the model is.
  • People who write. Every hire here will write essays under their name.
  • People who consider "boring but correct" a compliment.
03 / Open roles
Currently

We are not hiring right now. The team is deliberately small for the research phase.

If you work on planning under uncertainty, runtime assurance, or flight software and want to talk anyway, write to us. We will read what you send and reply within a week.

04 / What working here looks like
Location
Remote-first while the company is small; India and US time zones both work
Cadence
Two-week planning cycles. Weekly research review. No standups.
Publishing
Every engineer publishes at least one research note per year, under their name.
Tools
Chosen deliberately and in the open. The reference implementation and its verification approach will be published.
